Hey Matt W.: First Intro., THEN Post!

Hehehe. You have to love eager enthusiasm!
Mere hours after being invited to guest post at BofJ Matt had a post up. Matt does not mess around - a very efficient person. This leaves me in a bit of a pickle, because I was going to do an introduction and welcome for him. But Matt posted so fast that I do not have the facts together. So I am going to try a little experiment. I am going to guess the details of Matt’s personal life, and he can give any corrections that need to be made. This should not be a big deal because I am really, REALLY good at reading people. So here goes…
Matt is 45 years old and was born in Scottland.
He is the head of the church correlation committee and reports directly to President Hinkley.
He has a PHd in Physics from MIT, and a PHd in Philosophy from Berkley.
He is married to former Miss America Sharlene Wells, and they have 18 children.
He lives in beautiful San Diego, and spends his summers in France.
He has earned a reputation as one of the best commenters on the ‘nacle as evidence by his nominations for Niblets.
So Matt, how did I do? Welcome to the BofJ. We are glad to have you here.

I’ll tell you where you were dead on the Money. I do live in a town that starts with “San” (I went to San Diego in 4th grade for a full 3 days though, so in a sense I have lived there.)

I’d recommend not getting a job guessing people’s weight at the local fair.

I’m just a guy in San Antonio, I’m a convert of 8.5 years. I have a college degree in digital media, but right after college, left for my mission, and have never used my college degree since. I am currently in the middle of gettng my Masters though, and am in the middle of writing a paper on the Means and Ends of Multi-National Corporations. I stumbled into blagging a few years ago, when a friend wanted me to have a blog. I tried it for about a year, but my friend ended up quitting church, so my motivation to have my own blog dried up. Also, a woman at Church came up to me and told me she had read my blog and asked me for a blessing, becuase I was “spiritualy powerful” or something. That scared me. Also, I was getting e-mails from people who were confusing me with a murder mystery author who has the same name as me. Also, I noticed I spent too much time reading this stuff. So I quit. Then I got a new Job, had some more free time, and came back to reading the blogs, mainly due to Jacob J and Geoff J at NCT.
