My appeal to the ‘nacle

My wife and I started training for a marathon for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society.
As such we have each been charged with raising a sum of money (75% of which will go directly to research, the other 25% goes to administrative costs.) As I am loathe to use sad stories and such to guilt people into donating to any cause, I will just be posting this short post as my direct appeal to the Bloggernacle.
For the remainder of our training and fundraising period, I will be chronicling my training adventures on the blog with accompanying spiritual thoughts/experiences. Thanks to those of you who feel so inclined to donate.

By the way, there are no minimum donations (mandatory or implied). $1.00 is welcomed as much as $100.00.
